Our number one priority is the health, safety, and well-being of our attendees, sponsors, and staff. We are proactively implementing the following safety protocols. The guidelines below are subject to change at any time.
We will follow all published county and state regulations and will align with the venue’s protocols that are in effect at the time the event takes place. At all times during the event, attendees and sponsors are asked to be respectful of one-another’s space.
Transportation to and from the hotel and airport will be provided for all distributors and suppliers. Specific details will be provided prior to your flight to the Power Meeting.
Event Check-in and Badge Pick-Up
The hotel will be handling your hotel room check-in. That is detailed via the hotel links provided below. We do ask that once you are settled you check-in with us at registration in the lobby to pick-up your registration materials. Hand sanitizers will be readily available at all locations.
Meals and coffee breaks during the Power Meeting will be thoughtfully served. All meals will be served outside weather permitting. Buffets will be managed by attendants wearing appropriate PPE.
Suppliers will be provided with hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes for each meeting suite.
In addition to grab-and-go snacks, the Hospitality suite will be stocked with hand sanitizer, disinfecting wipes and face masks if you need them during the event.
