Event Safety

Our number one priority is the health, safety, and well-being of our attendees, sponsors, and staff. We are proactively implementing the following safety protocols. The guidelines below are subject to change at any time.

We will follow all published county and state regulations and will align with the venue’s protocols that are in effect at the time the event takes place. At all times during the event, attendees and sponsors are asked to be respectful of one-another’s space.

Event Safety Measures

Transportation

Transportation to and from the hotel and airport will be provided for all distributors and suppliers. Specific details will be provided prior to your flight to the event.

Event Check-in and Badge Pick-Up

When you arrive on-site the hotel will handle your room check-in. Once you are settled you can stop over at our registration area in the hotel lobby to pick-up your event materials. Hand sanitizers and disposable face masks will be readily available to take as needed.

Meals

Meals and coffee breaks during Power Meetings will be thoughtfully served. All meals will be served outside, weather permitting. Any buffet style dining will be managed by attendants wearing appropriate PPE.

1:1 Meetings

Suppliers will be provided with hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes for each meeting suite to use as needed throughout the event.

Hospitality Suite

In addition to grab-and-go snacks, our Hospitality Suite will also be stocked with hand sanitizer, disinfecting wipes and disposable face masks if you need them at any time during the event.
